Our young guns program mirrors our adults mainstream program, with modifications to make it safe & age appropriate for the Teens. The unique lay out of the box allows the class to run simultaneously alongside our adults class. With its own dedicated area and trainers but allowing the experience of being inclusive and training amongst the rest of the community. This means you can train at the same time as your teen, share the experience of the same workouts & forge a united passion for fitness amongst the whole family.
